Are pure having issues with support?

I am not getting anything back when creating a case via mailto:support@purestorage.com|support@purestorage.com (a customer array has a failed DFM and there was not automated case created)

  • Looks like this was taken care of. Let me know if not.
  • Well, had to call to get it escalated. I have still not got a case back from the broken dfm module. Array BA90-ASG
  • I'll ask Clint (who says he was in touch with you earlier today) to verify this.
