Are pure having issues with support?
I am not getting anything back when creating a case via mailto:[email protected]|[email protected] (a customer array has a failed DFM and there was not automated case created)

- Well, had to call to get it escalated. I have still not got a case back from the broken dfm module. Array BA90-ASG
