Even for new token and trying to connect with using the new API id and token ..getting same error "Connecting... Using id_token Connection faild: PureError: Could not retrieve a new access token API C...

when you login to Pure1, go to left pane section “administration” and then api registration. you can verify the app id and public key for your application name.
