Hi All, Past 1 year API_token for Pure1 was working

Hi All, Past 1 year API_token for Pure1 was working fine,suddenly i couldnt able to access it using API ID and token ..?? And trying to generate new one as well but again getting below error message "

how are you creating an API key and token? are you a pure1 admin?
