- james_wuerfleinNovice ITrue, so would explain why havent really seen it before also, but guessing then as more expected and seen with the python modules underneath it causing an issue
- james_wuerfleinNovice Iso perhaps those got updated recentaly and cause the issue
- james_wuerfleinNovice Ibut if thats the case the python modules underneath it then need fixing
- simonPuritanbut that is the rub - we don't know what needs fixing if AAP can't give us the full traceback log file
- simonPuritancould you ask Red Hat how to get the full logs from AAP so we can diagnose this? Red Hat support will actually take calls on Pure modules as well (as they are Red Hat certified) so this should 't cause any issue when logging a call with Red Hat
- james_wuerfleinNovice IIts more that I cant run it again to get the debugs as its a prod environment.
- simonPuritanthe task you have won't create a new snapshot if you run it again in the same day as the suffix will be the same so the module won't try and recreate it
- james_wuerfleinNovice IJust cant risk it as the playbook also puts Oracle in maint mode an other things.
