    So thinking about this as well, this is a better KB to follow. https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2038869 in this case i wouldnt call it unsupported, but its not recommended and it highlights the reasons why. ISCSI Port binding should only be used wen the source and destination are in a single broadcast domain

I think their KB is stating its unsupported to have the controllers in two different subnets. in the case of FA both controllers would be in the same subnet, there would just be 2 ```Array controllers in different subnets/VLANs Requires separate vSwitch for each VMKernel```
