I tried to upgrade PX to 2.10.0 and then i get this error when trying to add a new credential.

i upgraded px-central to the latest. and the add new credential is working now but still getting the same error as trying it with pxctl: ```failed to create aws credentials: error validating credential during create: throughput calculation timed out```
