richard.lawson i asked around a little bit. i have some bad news- no way to do this today for you. it's a feature that was never fully implemented for customers and was only for certain employees on our current system, which explains why i can see it and you can't. it is something we are working on making available in a new system that will hopefully be available in middle of 2024. not a great answer sorry... i did some basic googling and found services like http://visualping.io|visualping.io. i can't recommend them personally but hopefully that's better than nothing.

Well, that is disappointing to hear. My Security team is not going to be happy with that answer. Nevertheless, thank you, nelson, for the effort in getting an answer and also providing me with an alternative.
