Whenever I login to the support site, I keep getting this annoying pop-up
"Your PDF is being generated. Please leave the browser open until your PDF has downloaded." This happens no matter which browser or which machine I log into the support site from. I can let it sit for days at a time and it still insists a PDF is being generated. Is there a way to get rid of this? I don't need any PDF's from support at this time.
- bmcdougall dstevens So, I figured it out. Turns out my organization was caching things in the cloud. Once I had them purge that, I stopped getting the popup.
