Hi, has anyone dealt with greyed out options for datastore

Hi, has anyone dealt with greyed out options for datastore running in vCenter (see screenshot)? vCenter v8.0.2c PurePlugin version 5.3.8 Multiple Pure arrays having same issue Issue occurs only in 1 vCenter, same arrays are being used in multiple other vCenter environments with no issues (user account on array which is being used by plugin is working fine) Already tried pureplugin update-registration and/or unregister and register after while

    We have actually seen this a couple of times now and are still investigating it.

    I have this issue if I don't use the FQDN for vCenter. If I use the FQDN it works fine.

    That's interesting. I have not heard of that happening either.
