    Would also suggest right-clicking on a host (say host2) and choose Certificates>Referesh CA Certificates to ensure the VASA certs are on host 2

PE's can be presented to ESXi hosts, but not appear as PE's if there is a vVols issue. Look for a 1MB LUN with the LUN ID of the PE. The host should see it. Again, it may not be visible as a PE, but only as a 1 MB device
