Hello, we are testing with vmWare vMSC (stretched cluster)

Hello, we are testing with vmWare vMSC (stretched cluster) Not uniform scenarios, and would like to test few failure cases with Cloud Mediator going down. We believe that leadership election between arrays is done on the replication link, while Cloud mediator happens on the management link. is this assumption correct? In case this is correct, we would like to block the communications between FA and cloud mediator as firewall rule. I couldn't find documentation on the URL of the cloud mediator, is this static? is there any documentation on it?
