Can i connect a snapshot of a protection group to a host?

- No, you cannot connect snapshots to hosts or host groups. Instead you need to make a clone of each volume and you can connect those to hosts or hosts groups
- is the CLI command for copying the snap of a volume the purevol copy command?
- if i tab in the CLI i dont see the snapshot volumes listed
- If a protection group has volumes in it, then you cant connect it to a host, right?
you can connect any volume to a host or host group, no matter whether it is inside a protection group or has snapshots, but you cannot connect a snapshot to a host or host group
