What’s your first reaction when you hear the words ‘disaster recovery’?

Typically that term tells me the focus maybe exposed to tremendous risk. BC is the most important part of BCDR. Identifying impacts of scenarios specific to a customer's vertical from nuclear attacks(I proudly cover Federal) to ransomware events will vary. Our team does a great job highlighting the tiered resilience model for varying levels of RPO/RTO that may be important for customers to align to today, but also show them a path forward. IMHO, Business continuity is a proactive topic of conversation and DR is a reactive topic.
