Hit the Mental Reset Button—What Works for You?

We all have that one thing that resets our brain for when times get stressful or overwhelming. For me, it’s going to the beach with a good book, a journal or simply listening to the waves. 

What are your tips and tricks that help you stay grounded and shake off stress?

    Walking.  I started walking in the middle of 2020 (wonder why?) and it's something I try to do at least 5 days a week for an hour or more.  It's a great reset to have solo thinking time or catch up on podcasts and just zone out. Also there's a lot of great health data that says walking improves overall health.
