    Non nvme would also be great, just any way using vvols with san backup fits our use case

That's interesting that they noted support for vVol in there. I think that's a typo since scsi-vVols never had san transport support. However, maybe if it's vVols on nvme, that does get incorporated? Let me do some digging and I'll get back to you, but my first reaction is that it's a typo.
