    Non nvme would also be great, just any way using vvols with san backup fits our use case

I got my weeks mixed up, the meeting was this last tuesday, but it was on next tuesday. Sorry about that. I also found out that my backup appliance/setup was borked, so I've needed to get that reconfigured to do a test with a backup appliance, just to confirm that at least nvme-of vmfs datastores works with san transport. I did send an email over to their storage pm and one of their main engineers, but I both have been on PTO. Hopefully will have an update on next Tuesday. Thanks for the follow up.
