Hi everyone! I'm Valerie, a Principal Technologist here are Pure Storage, and I have many more years in the tech industry than I care to admit, including stints at Google, Dell, and EMC. I focus on AI/HPC, automotive, and (of course) cloud while I'm at work; personally, I am married with twin teen boys, and a sassy fur baby. I enjoy gaming (I met my husband while playing D&D in college), walking with my dog, baking, and playing ukulele moderately badly. I'm happy to be here, and look forward to interacting with everyone in the community!Hi from Seattle!
I’m JD and I’m a Pure Employee leading our US and Canada based Principal Technologist team. I live just outside of Seattle (Lake Forest Park) with my family. I also get to occasionally co-host episodes of The Pure Report podcast with Ludes and andrewmiller. Outside of Pure I’m into a lot of geeky things. My wife says I collect hobbies. I host a Pathfinder tabletop RPG campaign that’s been running since 2019. I scuba dive. I’m a Ham radio operator (N8JD), and I play golf extremely poorly. I may be best known however for my tendency to get in front of a karaoke mic. I don’t sing well but I do sing a lot. 😝

Hi to the Pure Storage community! My name is Rohan Mohindra, a Systems Engineer in the Pure Storage UK&I Enterprise team, based in the south-east of England (Berkshire to be specific). My passion for tech and IT began when my dad taught me how to build my first computer aged 12 and I have been working in IT since 2005. I've held a variety of roles for various companies scaling from support to Product Management to Infrastructure Management, Customer Services, and Pre-Sales. Ive previously been a SCRUM master for Agile development methodologies and an ISO27001 officer as well as supervising teams and mentoring younger team members. For the past 10 years I have been focused on Storage, Cloud and all things IT working for HDS, Huawei, NetApp and finally Pure during the process. I joined Pure in the summer of 2022 and have touched multiple Enterprise customers already. I have worked with a variety of partners, resellers and vendors on a wide range of technologies within the data centre and cloud; but eventually I joined Pure due its Evergreen architecture benefits specially around NDU, TCO and green credentials! You will see me at the FlashCrew Pure User events in 2025 and 2026 in the UK as I will be co-hosting these.. if you do see me, please say hello and lets have a chat about anything technology related .. or if you like me also share a propensity for collecting things (for me its Transformers and modern classic cars) then feel free to chat about that too!

My name is Tristan Todd. I manage the Unstructured Data Field Solution Architects (FSAs) that cover the US and Canada. I've been at Pure for 18-months and prior to that I was at VMware for 10 years. I've been very active in the virtualization community since 2004. This year, I'm pivoting away from virtualization and now focusing on file and object use-cases. My team are some of the smartest, most creative, and focused architects in the industry. Pure has a very differentiated approach to unified data services (which we sometimes call Real-Time Enterprise File). A big focus for Pure in 2025 will be expanding our support for unstructured data use-cases with our Customers and Partners. I'm based just outside of Portland, Oregon. I live with my wife and 3 rescue dogs. In my free time, I enjoy cooking/running/eating. You can often find me in your nearest major airport, traveling for work.
