Yesterday was May the 4th, which is like an unofficial geek holiday for those of us who are Star Wars fans. Like many epics, there are tons of underlying themes like good vs evil, striving for balance, and how freedom is fragile. Admitting our mistakes and sharing them with younger developers or engineers might help them accelerate their learning, with fewer challenges of their own. "We are what they grow beyond.
