Technology Tip Thursday: The Birth of a Tech Giant 🌐
Can you believe how time flies? Fall is now here, and yes—it’s time for another 💡 Technology Tip Thursday! 💡 This week’s tech tip is GIANT, well, about a tech giant at least. Did you know that it was this month in 1998 that Google was founded (incorporated to be exact)? Google Inc. was officially incorporated in California on September 4, 1998, by Larry Page and Sergey Brin, marking the official founding of the company that would become a dominant force in web search. They started as PhD students at Stanford University, developing the innovative PageRank algorithm to organize web information. This monumental launch started the shift on how everyone finds information forever. So now we ask: What was one of the very first things you remember "Googling" (or searching for online) that completely blew your mind? Share your story below—we want to hear about the moment you realized how powerful internet search could be! P.S.
